Alexandra Jung shares responsibility for certain OHA investments in European companies. Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor, Ms. Jung was a Partner and Head of European Investments at OHA. She has served on numerous corporate and advisory boards and creditor committees, leading some of the largest refinancing, restructuring, and M&A transactions in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining OHA in 2009, Ms. Jung was a Managing Director at Greywolf Capital Management, where she was responsible for investments in European performing and distressed credits and special situations. Previously, she managed investments in credit, distressed debt and equity as part of Goldman Sachs’ European Special Situations Group. In addition, Ms. Jung worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin in the Financial Restructuring Group. She currently serves on the board of NVR, Inc. and Board of Trustees of Bucknell University. Ms. Jung is a member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation and a selected member of the Women’s Forum of New York and the Committee of 200. She is a founding board member of the Women Business Collaborative, a new organization bringing together the leading national women’s business organizations, with a mission to drive collaboration and foster shared strategic initiatives to accelerate the advancement of women in C-suite and board positions. Ms. Jung was the recipient of the 2016 100 Women in Hedge Funds European Leadership Award and was selected as one of the Top 50 Women in Hedge Funds. Additionally, Ms. Jung serves on the Kellogg Finance Network Advisory Board. Ms. Jung earned a Master of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University.
