Investment Team

Benjamin Lawrence serves as a senior investment professional in the firm’s private lending business. In his role, Mr. Lawrence is responsible for originating new investments from both financial sponsor and alternative sourcing channels. He previously had research responsibility for OHA’s media, financial and insurance investments. Before joining OHA, Mr. Lawrence worked at Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance Group. He is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees for StreetSquash, a non-profit youth development organization based in Harlem. Mr. Lawrence earned a B.A. in economics from Washington and Lee University.
