Dan Goldfried provides legal and compliance services to OHA. Mr. Goldfried previously worked in various senior legal roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Chatham Asset. He was also a financial services litigation and investigations partner at McGuireWoods LLP and Lewis and Roca LLP. Mr. Goldfried began his career as the law clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Broomfield, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. He earned a J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Goldfried also earned a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia.
