Christine Berend has primary responsibility for all aspects of human resources for OHA’s Fort Worth, Texas, office with a focus on talent acquisition and development, training and organizational structure, employee relations and firmwide initiatives. Ms. Berend serves on various firm committees including OHA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the Women’s Network Steering Committee, for which she serves as Co-Chair of the Philanthropy and Community Service Pillar. Prior to joining OHA in 2018, she was a Vice President, Human Resources, in the Triumph Business Capital group of Triumph Bancorp. Ms. Berend earned an M.B.A. from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and a B.S. from Oklahoma Christian University.
