David Okada provides legal services to OHA. Mr. Okada previously worked as an associate in the Investment Funds group of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and began his career as an associate in the Investment Management (Private Funds) Group of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Washington University School of Law and a B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan.
