Glenn R. August has overall management responsibility for OHA. In addition, he serves as global head of the firm’s distressed investment activities. Mr. August chairs or serves on various firm committees, including the partnership, investment strategy and several fund investment committees. He co-founded the predecessor investment firm to OHA in 1987 and took responsibility for the firm’s credit and distressed investment activities in 1990. Mr. August has played leadership roles in numerous restructurings and, since 1987, has served on seventeen corporate boards. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lucid Group, Inc., MultiPlan, Inc. and three Churchill Capital special purpose acquisition companies. Mr. August also serves on the Board of Trustees of Horace Mann School and The Mount Sinai Medical Center, and on the Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City and the 92nd St. Y. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. from Cornell University.

William H. Bohnsack, Jr. is responsible for day-to-day management of various aspects of OHA including client relationships, product development, operations, legal and administration. Mr. Bohnsack chairs or serves on various firm committees including the partnership, investment strategy, risk, valuation and ESG committees. In addition, Mr. Bohnsack is a member of OHA’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. Mr. Bohnsack joined OHA in 1993 as a high yield and distressed debt investor. He has represented OHA as a lead participant on numerous creditor committees. Mr. Bohnsack previously worked at Prudential Capital and Keystone Group as an investor in both the private and public credit markets. Mr. Bohnsack serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cape Eleuthera Foundation. Mr. Bohnsack earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A., magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University.

Adam B. Kertzner shares portfolio management responsibilities for a number of OHA’s multi-strategy portfolios. Mr. Kertzner is a member of the investment strategy, ESG and partnership committees. Mr. Kertzner joined OHA in early 2002 as an investment professional with a focus on automotive, gaming, paper and packaging and general industrial credits. He then served as OHA’s head trader focusing on high yield and other asset classes. Prior to joining OHA, Mr. Kertzner worked at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston in the Financial Sponsors Coverage group. He earned a B.A., cum laude, from Duke University.

Alan M. Schrager shares portfolio management responsibilities for a number of OHA’s portfolios. Mr. Schrager serves on various OHA committees including the partnership, investment strategy, valuation, compliance and several fund investment committees. Previously, Mr. Schrager had senior research responsibility for investments in private credit companies, software, industrials and gaming. Prior to joining OHA in early 2003, he was a Managing Director of USBancorp Libra, where he was responsible for originating, evaluating and structuring private equity, mezzanine and debt transactions and also held several positions at Primary Network, a data CLEC, including Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Schrager previously worked in the Leveraged Finance and High Yield Capital Markets group at UBS Securities, LLC. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Associated Materials Incorporated, Expro Group Holdings International Limited and New Heights Youth, Inc. Mr. Schrager earned a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
