Kirsty Horton is a transactional lawyer for the firm’s European business. Ms. Horton previously worked as a restructuring lawyer in the London office of Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP and prior to that she trained and worked at the London office of Clifford Chance LLP, where she focused on sovereign debt restructuring. Ms. Horton received an LLB in law with Italian law from the University College, followed by two years at law school in the UK.
