Business Team

Pascal van Garderen has the primary responsibility of leading the cyber security organization at OHA. He serves on the firm’s compliance, risk and business continuity planning committees. Mr. van Garderen most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer at Cohen & Steers Capital Management. Previously, he held a wide range of roles at the firm including Vice President of Enterprise IT, Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure & Operations and various network engineering roles. He earned a Master of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a B.S. from the University of Limburg. Mr. van Garderen also maintains several security certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC) and IT Service Management (ITIL).
